SALE ITEMS - Sale Items are not accepted for Return or Exchange.
Goods ( Excluding Goods that are on sale & sold at a reduced price ) must be returned within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a credit note your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds - We have a 14 Day Change of Mind Policy
We will refund you for 'Change of Mind' only within 14 days of your purchase and return of goods.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund ( minus the refund processing fee - see below for details ) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refund processing fee - **The ' Refund processing fee' of $10 will be deducted from the total of your refund **
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged ( strictly ) within 14 days only ), unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges
We will exchange your item with in 14 Days of Purchase & return of goods.
The return postage and the cost of the postage to send your exchanged item with be invoiced to you.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to Global Free Style, 14 Kehoe Place, Gillies Hwy, Yungaburra QLD 4884.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are exchanging an item that has been faulty Global Free Style will cover the cost of reshipping the product out to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
