What if it doesn’t fit/I don’t like it when I get it home?
We offer returns within 14 days of purchase. Though please note that items must be in original condition and have all tags still attached to qualify for a refund.
Please also note that you will have to pay return postage and a processing fee of $10.
What if there is a fault with my item?
We do our very best to ensure your items are flawless quality, however if something is wrong please let us know and we will organise a refund for you.

When will you reply to my enquiry?
We will reply to your enquiry the moment we have the free time to do so. Please understand we run a busy business, so replies may not be immediate however we endeavour to reply to all enquiries as soon as possible.
If you send your enquiry outside business hours, we will endeavour to reply within 24 hours.
I can’t see the size I want, can you order it?

When will my order arrive?
That is dependent on available stock and our supplier location.
If we are able to have your order sent straight from the supplier it should be 3-5 days, however, it could potentially take up to 7 in certain circumstances.
Whatever happens, we will make sure you are always kept in the loop as to the status of your order.
Are there any added costs?
There is a potential added cost of $10 ( for shipping ) if we cannot add your item/s to a pre-existing stock order.
Can I collect my purchase straight from your store/stockroom?
Absolutely! All you need to do is select the appropriate option when checking out, let us know you’ll be coming to pick it up and we’ll have it ready for you when you arrive.
I’m sending my order as a gift directly to the recipient, do you offer gift wrapping or message options?
We’d love to!
All you need to do is add the wrapping paper and card of your choice to your order. Then in the notes section of the checkout process let us know the message you wish to have written in your card.
After that, just make sure the mail address is that of the gift’s recipient and everything’s good to go! We will send them a special Gift Receipt that has no prices on it.

What are your shipping costs?
We have a flat rate shipping cost of $9.95.
Large Homeware Items will be quoted a shipping fee before it is dispatched.
