Global Free Style (“GFS”) is where our customers can explore new styles and designs and feel confident with their purchases.
Customer Service is the core of WHO WE ARE. You have our commitment to provide you with the service you deserve and products that make you feel great.
To provide this service to you, we like to ensure you are fully informed of our policies and terms and conditions of sale. While this is the less glamorous side of our business with you, it is important to us that you know and understand these characteristics. These policies include things like privacy and security, returns and refunds and shipping as well as the basic terms and conditions.
If you find there are things not covered in our policies or terms and conditions that you need to ask about, or you simply wish to clarify any details, please do not hesitate to email or call us. “GFS, we, our, us” includes Global Free Style Pty Ltd and any of its directors, officers, employees and consultants.
“You” and “Your” means the customer purchasing the products and users of the GFS website and includes all directors, officers, employees, consultants, trustees and any entity associated, directly or indirectly, with the customer.
When you place an order with us, we need to collect personal information directly from you so that we can process and fulfil your order. This information includes:
- Your name;
- Your email address;
- Your phone numbers;
- Your home address; and
- Your shipping address
We will only disclose this information to third party companies and individuals engaged by us who perform functions necessary for the effective ordering and delivery of your products. These companies and individuals include our delivery companies, banks, credit card payment authorisations and website development from time to time.
We will not disclose this information to any other company or third party without your consent unless required to by law or in cases where fraud or another crime is suspected by us. In this event, we will pass on any information as required by law or relating to suspected fraudulent activities to the relevant authorities. These checks will be done manually and communication will be handled carefully by a member of the GFS team.
If you elect to receive our newsletter your email address will be added to our mailing list. We will only use your name and e-mail address to send you information relating to new arrivals, new developments & products.
All care is taken to ensure the www.globalfreestyle.com.au website (“the GFS website”) and data transmissions are free from viruses. However, you accept that it is your responsibility to scan any data or websites for viruses.
Returns and Refund
We do accept Change of Mind ( exchange ) & return on Full Priced Items ( sale items are not accepted for return or exchange )
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the product is different from the description in the listing or you simply change your mind we will be happy to exchange a Full Priced Item ( sale items are not accepted for return or exchange ) or refund your money (within 30 days)
If we have not yet posted your order we will be happy to cancel it for you.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 2 working days after placing your order. We will then let you know by email, that we have received your request to cancel your order.
If your order has been posted prior to us receiving your email, please return the products by posting them to us for your exchange or refund.
All returned products must be:
- in original condition;
- in a saleable condition, therefore, unused and undamaged;
- returned within 30 days of delivery (proof of delivery date will be required). If the products are not received by us within 30 days of delivery we will deem you not to have returned them and your order no longer cancelled.
If the return products are damaged, either through use or in transit and, therefore, are no longer in a saleable condition, we will be unable to exchange your product or refund your money.
If we have incurred any charges in the cancellation of your order these charges will be deducted from any money you have paid. Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive defective or damaged products, we will refund the original price of the goods provided you email us at email@example.com return the defective or damaged goods.
If the products are not received by us within 365 days of purchase we will deem you not to have returned them and we will be unable to provide you with a refund.
Alternatively, if you request a replacement, at our cost we will dispatch your replacement products (subject to availability) once we receive the defective or damaged goods.
Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion. Any costs we incur as a result of the cancellation will be deducted from any refunds we make.
We reserve the right to cancel orders at our sole discretion at any time. In those circumstances, we will not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred by you arising out of in connection with the exercise of these rights.
Orders that cannot be cancelled will be subject to our Terms of Sale and these policies.
We dispatch orders using Australia Post insured postage methods that can, in most cases, be tracked. The cost of providing this service has been built into the postage fees as displayed on our website.
All orders within Australia will be sent by Registered Mail satchel. The fees are defined by satchel size as follows:
- Spend up to $200 – Postage only $9.95
- Spend over $200 – Postage Free ( excluding SALE DAYS - Sale Days will be declared on our Homepage )
- Shipping Times Guideline- best estimates.
- Cairns Region - 1 - 3 days
- Australia wide - 2 - 5 / 14 days
- Up to 14 days for deliveries to Western Australia / Northern Territory / Remote Regions
International Orders & Shipping - Sorry we do not ship overseas
Our Deliveries To You
We have provided you with an estimated date for delivery of goods within Australia. While we make every effort to deliver your products to you on time, all dates for delivery of goods are estimates only.
We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. You acknowledge and agree that late delivery does not constitute a breach by us of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancel an order.
If an item has been lost in transit, we will not automatically post a replacement item. Replacement items will only be dispatched at our discretion.
We will not be held liable for any loss or damage caused by items lost in transit, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place or cancellation or an order or product.
Terms & Conditions of Sale
These Terms and Conditions of Sale pertain to the use of www.globalfreestyle.com.au (“the GFS website”) and the purchase of any goods from it.
By accessing, using or browsing the GFS website you agree to be bound by its terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability ("Terms of Sale"). GFS reserves the right to amend or update such terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability at any time. By using the website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Sale.
Ordering Products with Us
You can purchase our products online through the GFS website 24 hours a day.
Our accepted forms of payment include the following:
- Direct Deposit (electronic funds transfer) into our nominated bank account;
- Online Credit Card Payments – all processed securely through PayPal – no account required)
- Pay over the phone using our EFTPOS facilities; or
- By forwarding a bank cheque or money order to our nominated PO Box address.
We advise that unfortunately we are unable to accept personal cheques
For international fund transfers, you will need to go into your bank to process your payment as our online banking facilities do not cater for international transactions.
Once your order has been placed, and we have received your cleared payment, your order will be packed and posted as quickly as possible. You will receive an email with your tax invoice and confirmation of your shipping details. Your parcel will also contain a copy of your receipt and order details.
Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order and your payment has been processed.

The prices of all goods, postage and handling fees and other charges displayed on the GFS website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to change without notice.
In addition, while we do our utmost to avoid any discrepancies with product descriptions and pricing we are unable to warrant that the product descriptions or other content of the GFS website are accurate, current or error free upon addition to the website.

Limitations of Liability

You agree that we will not be liable to you or any other person for any direct, indirect, special or consequential or exemplary damages including (but not limited to):
- any loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, damage to goodwill or reputation arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, performance of failure of this website; or
- damages for product liability, personal injury or negligence resulting from the use of goods or services supplied to you, or on behalf of you, through the website.
Release and Indemnity
You agree to waive any and all claims that you now have or may have in the future against us, which relate to or are incidental to any transaction.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, loss or expense that may be incurred by us which relate to or are incidental to the performance of its duties as described in these Terms of Sale and Policies including all costs of defending itself against a claim by any other person and/or as a result of you taking any action or refraining from taking any action or instituting or defending any action or legal proceeding.
You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any claim made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of this website, the violation of these Terms of Sale by you, or the infringement by you, or other users of this website using your membership account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
The website pictures and copyright in the GFS website is the property of Global Free Style Pty Ltd. The material on this website also comprises copyright material, trademarks and registered trademarks which are the property of Global Free Style and third parties. This property may only be used for the purposes of browsing the GFS website and acquiring goods and services of Global Free Style Pty Ltd.
The information contained on the website is provided in good faith. To the best of our knowledge, the information is accurate and current.
We do not make any representation or warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of the information. We cannot and do not give any warranties in relation to the accuracy of statements made by third parties or in relation to the actions of third parties.
