Through my own mistake, I ordered the wrong size for the three items purchases. I contacted the store via phone one week after receiving the items. I was instructed that I had to contact the store via there website to rectify the problem. I have now emailed the store twice within a period of two weeks and still haven’t received any response. I presume the three dresses that I’ve purchased that are the wrong size, I will be stuck with. Definitely will not be ordering from the store again and extremely dissatisfied with after the after sale service.

Dress prettier in real life than in photos, brighter colours. Quick to post and bought it on sale so good price. Came in a reusable bag - happy with purchase.
