Through my own mistake, I ordered the wrong size for the three items purchases. I contacted the store via phone one week after receiving the items. I was instructed that I had to contact the store via there website to rectify the problem. I have now emailed the store twice within a period of two weeks and still haven’t received any response. I presume the three dresses that I’ve purchased that are the wrong size, I will be stuck with. Definitely will not be ordering from the store again and extremely dissatisfied with after the after sale service.
